1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using fiery.tools and our tools, APIs, and datasets (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. What we provide

Fiery Tools offers free online utilities and paid data products, including structured public-records datasets delivered via website, API, MCP, and CSV export. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Free tools

Our free utilities are provided "as is" for your personal and commercial use. They are calculators and conveniences - you are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

4. Data products & API use

• Access requires a valid API key or agreement. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your key.
• Do not exceed published rate limits, attempt to circumvent access controls, or resell or redistribute bulk data without our written permission.
• You must comply with all laws applicable to your use of the data, including those governing marketing, consumer reporting, and privacy.

5. Public records & accuracy

Much of our data is compiled from public government and county sources. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any record is complete, accurate, or up to date. The data is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or title advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for legal decisions, and never use it to make decisions prohibited by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by harassing individuals, scraping beyond permitted limits, infringing intellectual property, or interfering with the operation or security of the Services.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, branding, and the structure and compilation of our datasets, are owned by Fiery Tools and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Services as permitted.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiery Tools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
